I love theory. It is so vague.
I must say Stephen Abrams is right. Everyone is talking about this. It has created quiet a buzz at our library.
It is the next logical step for libraries. Virtual libraries. What a great thing. Virtual high school is becoming a reality in very rural areas. Now those students will have libraries to support their education. Not to mention home bound people and agoraphobics.
L2 looks like a great educational framework. I hope it continues to evolve too.

Although, the possiblity of having virtual libraries alongside physical ones is very possible. Virtual would just be somewhere in cyberspace and run by webmaster librarians. Then there would be no strain when the internet or electricity crashes.
